 We aim to empower students age 14-21 with disabilities by offering specialized training, mentorship, and resources tailored to their unique needs. By integrating our expertise in music business education with VR’s commitment to helping individuals achieve meaningful employment, we are creating pathways for success in the world of music.

 Our innovative youth programs inspire young creatives year-round through our Afterschool and Summer Programs. Students explore songwriting, digital music production, music marketing, and the business side of music while building skills in a collaborative, values-driven environment founded on CREATE—Collaboration, Respect, Exploration, Authenticity, Trust, and Elevation.
