Provides students in grades 9–12, especially in rural and under-served communities, with life-changing mentorship, hands-on music industry career exposure, financial literacy, and leadership development. Participants will engage in skill-building, work-based learning experiences and opportunities for paid job shadowing, preparing them for meaningful careers and entrepreneurship.
Supported through satellite centers and a train-the-trainer model, the program builds sustainable local capacity in North Florida as a pilot program for statewide implementation. This initiative is designed as a pilot for statewide replication to foster community leadership and create measurable long-term economic benefits. Program growth is coordinated through a network of industry partners to align with labor market needs and internship opportunities.

The program’s return on investment includes higher post-secondary enrollment, more industry certifications, and increased local economic activity as students gain in-demand skills and enter the workforce, strengthening the region’s talent pipeline and long-term economic growth.

Supporting this program allows Florida to expand access to high-demand, high-growth music and creative industry jobs, strengthen workforce development in rural and underserved communities and create a framework for a scalable, replicable, cost-efficient statewide model.
